Chris is new to the Collins team but not to the industry. He began working on cars while in high school, modifying his AWD Turbo Eagle Talon to run 12 second quarter mile times racing at Bandimere Speedway. Wanting to turn his lifelong love of cars and racing into a career he decided to attend Wyoming Technical Institute in 2003. After graduating from Wyotech in 2004 with a degree in Automotive technology and chassis fabrication/high performance engines, he started in the industry building monster trucks and maintaining them while on the road at shows. Moving on to be an automotive technician he worked at a dealership specializing in high-end imports and became well versed in all makes and models. The past several years were spent with Toyota where he received Toyota factory training. He is an ASE Master Certified Technician, Toyota Factory Certified , and is an ASE Advanced Diagnostics Specialist. He is an extremely thorough technician and will treat your car like it is his own.
After growing up in Loveland Chris lived in different places all over the USA and is happy to be back home in CO. He loves building and modifying turbo cars and all forms of motorsports. When not under the hood you might find him riding his BMX bike, running or reading a good book.
